How many questions are on the PgMP exam and how long is it?

The exam has 170 questions and a four-hour (240-minute) allotted time. It is delivered online through Pearson VUE OnVUE proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test center.

What are the five PgMP exam domains and their weights?

Strategic Program Management (11%), Program Life Cycle Management (44%), Benefits Management (11%), Stakeholder Engagement (16%), and Governance (18%). Program Life Cycle Management is the largest and most heavily tested domain.

What is the passing score for the PgMP exam?

PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. Results are determined psychometrically and reported by domain as Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement, so aim for broad mastery across all five domains.

How many attempts do I get, and can I retake it?
