    Exam

What is the format of the PgMP exam?

How many questions are on the PgMP exam and how long is it?

The PgMP exam has 170 questions and an allotted time of four hours. It is delivered online through Pearson VUE OnVUE proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test center.

What is the PgMP panel review?

What is the passing score for the PgMP exam?

PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. Results are determined through psychometric analysis and reported with domain-level feedback as Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement, so aim for broad mastery across all five domains.

How many attempts do I get and what if I fail?

You are allowed up to three attempts within the one-year eligibility period from application approval. Reexamination fees apply to the second and third attempts; confirm current amounts at pmi.org.

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The program includes practice questions, full-length mock exams, an exam simulator and topic-wise quizzes to help you identify weak areas and build readiness for the 170-question, four-hour exam.

    What learning materials are provided?

You receive PMI-aligned courseware, references to the PgMP Examination Content Outline and Handbook, an overview of The Standard for Program Management, Fourth Edition, templates, flashcards and chapter-wise quizzes.
