    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    Open book means the Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Deep method knowledge and efficient guide navigation both matter.

    How long is the Change Management training?

    The combined Foundation and Practitioner program is delivered as 40 hours of instructor-led training. The number of days varies with the schedule format, such as full-day intensive or extended part-day sessions.

    Can I reschedule or move to another batch?

    Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans let you attend the training again. Contact our support team to arrange this.
