    Pricing

What is included in the change management course fee?

The training fee typically includes syllabus-aligned courseware, case studies, Foundation and Practitioner practice questions, mock exams, and dedicated learner support. Exam voucher inclusion varies by package. Request a quote to confirm what is included in your plan.

How much does change management certification training cost in Columbus?

Pricing varies by delivery format, schedule and whether exam vouchers are bundled. Because it depends on the option you choose, the fee is available on request. Talk to a learning advisor for a tailored quote for individual or group training.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

Exam voucher inclusion depends on the package you select, and pricing varies by region and channel. Some plans bundle the Foundation and Practitioner vouchers while others price them separately. Ask a learning advisor to confirm the exact inclusions before you enroll.

There are two separate exams. The Foundation exam has 50 questions in 40 minutes, closed book, with a 50% pass mark (25 out of 50). The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each (80 total), 2.5 hours, open book, with a 50% pass mark (40 out of 80).

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient navigation of the guide and deep knowledge of the models are both essential.

What is the passing score for each exam?

Both exams require 50% to pass. Foundation needs 25 out of 50 questions correct, and Practitioner needs 40 out of 80 marks across its five scenario-based sections. You must pass both to hold the Foundation and Practitioner credentials.

    How are the exams delivered?

Both exams are available through online proctoring or at an authorized test center. The Foundation exam is usually taken at the end of the Foundation content and the Practitioner exam at the end of the Practitioner content within the combined program.

What if I do not pass on the first attempt?

You can re-sit the exam you did not pass. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and exam technique to help you prepare thoroughly. Re-sit policies and any fees vary, so confirm the details with our team when you enroll.
