    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep understanding of the models are both essential.

    Do I need to pass Foundation before Practitioner?

    Yes. Change Management Foundation certification is the prerequisite for the Practitioner exam. The combined program prepares you for both, with Foundation content first, followed by Practitioner application and exam technique.
