    Exam

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice, single-answer questions to be completed in 40 minutes. It is closed book, and the passing score is 50%, meaning 25 out of 50 correct. There are no formal prerequisites to sit it.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks, for 80 marks in total, completed in 2.5 hours. It is open book, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted, and the passing score is 50%, meaning 40 out of 80 marks.

What are the passing scores for both exams?

Both exams require 50% to pass. That is 25 out of 50 correct on the closed-book Foundation exam, and 40 out of 80 marks on the open-book, scenario-based Practitioner exam. You must pass both to hold both credentials.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the Practitioner exam. However, the five scenario-based sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and solid method knowledge are both essential.

What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can re-sit the exam you did not pass. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and guidance to help you prepare for a first-attempt pass, and a learning advisor can explain re-sit options for your plan.

    Course Content

What topics are covered in the training?

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The program includes mock exams and practice questions for both the Foundation and Practitioner levels, plus industry case studies, so you can identify weak areas and build readiness for both exam formats.

Can a beginner take this course?

Yes. Change Management Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. The combined program takes you from foundational knowledge to applied practice, so beginners and experienced professionals can both benefit. Practitioner requires you to hold Foundation first.

Is the courseware aligned with the current syllabus?
