Change Management Challenges Driving Demand in Albuquerque

    Failed Transformations

How many exams are in the combined program?

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

It means the Change Management Practitioner Guide is allowed during the exam. However, the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep model knowledge are both essential.

The Change Management Foundation certification is required before you sit the Practitioner exam, or an accepted equivalent. There are no prerequisites for Foundation, so most learners take both levels in sequence within the combined program.
