Why Little Rock Employers Need Certified Change Leaders

    Healthcare Restructuring Pressure

Little Rock's large hospital systems are redesigning services and rolling out digital health platforms, and success depends on moving clinicians and staff through change, exactly what certified change managers deliver.

Foundation and Practitioner training builds adoption skills

    Financial Services Transformation

Banks, insurers and fintech employers are modernizing core systems and meeting new regulation. These programs stall without structured change management, creating strong demand for credentialed practitioners.

Training builds stakeholder and communication skills

    Government Service Modernization

State and local agencies in the capital are digitizing citizen services and restructuring operations. Public-sector teams increasingly need people who can plan and lead change, not just deliver technology.

    Training builds change-planning capability

    Manufacturing and Aerospace Change

Advanced manufacturing and aerospace employers are investing in automation and Industry 4.0 processes. Culture and behavior change decides whether these investments pay off on the shop floor.

    Training builds resistance-management skills

    Change Saturation and Low Adoption

Employees are hit by too many concurrent changes, and adoption slips. Practitioners who can assess impact, manage saturation and reinforce new behaviors are now essential to program success.

Training builds a proven change method

    Scarcity of Certified Change Talent

Little Rock has a deep pool of project managers but few credentialed change professionals. The Foundation and Practitioner combination makes certified holders rare and highly sought after.

Skills You Will Build in This ProgramChange Capability You Can Apply at Work

This change management program builds practical, work-ready capability across all five syllabus areas. By the end, you can lead the people side of change from first impact assessment through to embedding new ways of working, and you are ready for both certification exams.

    Guide Individuals Through Change

Learn how people experience change and apply individual models such as ADKAR and Bridges' Transition Model to diagnose where change stalls and design targeted support. You will be able to build motivation, address resistance and reinforce new behaviors so change actually sticks with each person.

    Lead Organizational Change

Apply Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model and the McKinsey 7-S Framework to real change scenarios, and read organizational culture using Schein's model. You will learn to assess readiness, choose the right approach for the change type, and sequence activities across the change lifecycle.

    Engage Stakeholders and Communicate Change

Identify and analyze stakeholders with tools such as the power/interest grid, then build engagement and communication plans that reach every audience. You will use influence principles to move people from awareness to commitment and manage rumor, ambiguity and resistance.

Plan and Deliver Change in Practice

Run change impact assessments, build a complete change management plan, and integrate it with the project plan. You will select the right interventions for communication, training, resistance management and reinforcement, and diagnose common failure points before they derail a program.

Manage Yourself as a Change Professional

Develop the emotional intelligence, coaching, facilitation and ethical judgment that underpin effective change practice. You will learn to build trust, manage conflict, sustain your own resilience, and use the CMBoK to guide your ongoing professional development.

    Pass Both Exams with Confidence

Prepare for the closed-book Foundation exam and the open-book, scenario-based Practitioner exam through mock exams, practice questions and exam technique. You will learn to navigate the Change Management Practitioner Guide efficiently and answer applied questions under timed conditions.

    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a two-level qualification that validates your ability to manage the people and culture side of organizational change. Both draw on the CMBoK maintained by the Change Management Institute.

Is change management certification worth it in Little Rock?

Yes. Little Rock's healthcare, finance, government and manufacturing employers run large transformation programs and value certified change professionals. Senior change managers in Arkansas average around $147,000 a year, and demand spans roles from Change Analyst to Transformation Lead. Talk to a learning advisor to plan your path.

Practitioner goes further, testing your ability to apply those models to realistic organizational change scenarios using an open-book, scenario-based exam. The combined program covers both.

Is the Change Management certification recognized internationally?

Yes. It is a globally recognized qualification, respected in over 150 countries and well established wherever organizational change is treated as a professional discipline. That recognition travels with you across sectors and employers.

How much does Change Management training cost in Little Rock?

Pricing depends on your chosen format, whether live online, classroom or corporate group training. Because fees vary by schedule and delivery mode, the current price is available on request. Contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.

What is included in the course fee?

The training fee typically includes instructor-led sessions for both Foundation and Practitioner, aligned courseware, case studies, mock exams and practice questions, and dedicated learner support. Request a quote to confirm exactly what is included in your selected plan.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

    Exam

How many exams are there in the combined program?

There are two separate exams. You sit the Foundation exam first, then the Practitioner exam. You must pass both to hold both credentials, and the combined program prepares you for each.

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions with a single answer each, taken closed book in 40 minutes. The pass mark is 50%, which is 25 out of 50 correct. It is delivered by online proctoring or at an authorized test center.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each, for 80 marks in total, over 2.5 hours. It is open book, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted, and the pass mark is 50%, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the questions require you to analyze scenarios and apply judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and solid method knowledge are both essential.

Do I need to pass Foundation before Practitioner?

Yes. Change Management Foundation certification is the prerequisite for the Practitioner exam. The combined program is designed to be taken in sequence, with Foundation covered first and Practitioner second.

What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can retake an exam if needed. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and exam technique for both levels to help you prepare with confidence. Ask your advisor about retake options and support for your chosen plan.
